Ken is passionate about environmental justice, civic engagement, and revitalizing the Merrimack River as a shared public resource.

Katie Kimball

Katie is a plant operator at a wastewater treatment facility in Lowell, where she plays a critical role in the city’s water-management infrastructure. She provides technical insight into combined sewer overflow systems and advocates for clean water, local environmental health, and public education around water-quality issues.
